This is a Citizens’ Assembly started in January 2020 which has now moved online: The Citizens' Assembly on Climate Change

It is officially linked to Parliament. This Citizens’ Assembly on climate change has been commissioned by six House of Commons select committees, including the Environmental Audit Committee (of which I’ve been a member), Treasury, Transport and Business and Energy.

This link takes you to an article by Caroline Lucas in the Green Party’s membership publication: GREEN WORLD: THE ROLE OF CITIZENS ASSEMBLIES
